1. The pressure roller is not perpendicular to the product.

2. The taper is large or small, causing the label to be skewed.

Solution:

If the pressure wheel is not perpendicular to the product, adjust the pressure wheel so that the pressure wheel is vertically and parallel to the product. If the pressure wheel is adjusted properly and still cannot be vertical, adjust the taper appropriately. Adjusting the taper groove, moving the encapsulation will change the product labeling taper, the taper should not be too large, the appropriate amount shall prevail, and adjust until it is appropriate; then check whether the pressure roller is vertical and parallel during the labeling process.

If the automatic round bottle labeling machine appears to be wrinkled during the labeling process, it is because the front end of the label is too far away from the product. Solution: Adjust the label to about 3-5mm away from the product.

If the label is longer or shorter, it can be adjusted by moving the measuring sensor up and down according to this method. It should be noted here that the label will become longer when the electric eye moves down, on the contrary, the label will become shorter when the electric eye moves up. Remember!
